In my journey, I’ve realized that viewing my struggles solely through the lens of sin is limiting. It’s essential to adopt a broader perspective, one illuminated by God's love. God sees us not as sinners, but as His beloved children. While we know this intellectually, our lived reality often feels otherwise, fixated on our flaws. This focus on sin impedes our healing and wholeness.
True transformation happens when we are loved into wholeness. Integration means being loved even in the midst of our compulsions and addictions because experiencing God's unconditional love daily, especially during our struggles, is transformative.
Healing began when I allowed myself to be loved in my helplessness, observing without judgment. This divine love, pure and unconditional, empowers us to break free from our struggles. Our ability to be virtuous and loving stems from being loved first.
Let’s embrace the mystery of divine love and allow it to transform us.
